Booking
Appointments can only be booked by phone. You can either call directly or leave a call request by message – we will get back to you as soon as possible if we can’t answer right away. During the call, we will agree on the exact time and go through any arrival instructions. You will receive a confirmation of your booking by email.
Service area and payment
We primarily make home visits in Kulosaari and Katajanokka. Bookings from other areas are also possible – please note, however, that they may affect the service price.
Payment is made on-site after the massage via payment terminal.
During the visit
The massage is carried out as usual within the agreed time frame. Please note that the booked time also includes any initial consultation, assessment, and preparation such as undressing.
During the same visit, it is possible to treat multiple people, as long as the changeover times are taken into account – the massage time begins and ends exactly as scheduled.
Arrival
We do our best to arrive at the agreed time, but mobile work may occasionally cause small scheduling delays. If our therapist is running significantly behind schedule, we will always contact you and inform you of the delay in advance.
To help us arrive smoothly, we kindly ask you to add detailed arrival instructions to your booking – for example, the location of the entrance, door code, or any other special notes.
Customer satisfaction is our priority – that’s why we offer +15 minutes to your next visit if the massage does not meet your expectations.
At-home treatments
The massage table dimensions are shown in the adjacent picture. Please ensure that there is enough space in your home for the therapist to work comfortably. We kindly ask that the potential workspace is cleared in advance – this way the therapist can begin right away upon arrival.
