1.1 Service description
Proximant’s healthcare service unit is located at Mastokatu 6, 00160, Helsinki.
1.2 Target group
The unit provides massage services to a wide clientele, including adults, young people, and the elderly.
1.3 Scope of operations
The unit operates flexibly on weekdays and weekends between 9:00 and 20:00. Clients are offered classic massage and sports massage.
1.4 Staffing plan
The unit has no additional personnel.
1.6 Facilities and equipment
The unit consists of a massage room with an electric massage table, and a gym area that provides access to a WC, changing rooms, kitchen, showers, and exercise equipment.

1.1 Service description
Proximant’s healthcare service unit is located at Mastokatu 6, 00160, Helsinki.
1.2 Goals of self-monitoring
The main goals of self-monitoring are to ensure service quality and guarantee client safety.
1.3 Quality control
Quality control is carried out by monitoring customer satisfaction and treatment outcomes. This is done continuously.
1.4 Safety
Proximant operates in facilities with a designated safety officer, responsible for inspecting electrical devices, fire extinguishing equipment and their availability, as well as the condition of emergency exits. Employees check and maintain their work equipment daily, ensure the cleanliness of facilities, and the accessibility of exits. Employees contact the safety officer if deficiencies arise.
1.5 Staff procedures
Proximant’s employee, Jasse Hallstrom, is trained in first aid. Each employee is familiar with the locations of fire extinguishers, the main electrical switchboard, the unit’s water shut-off valve, and the main and secondary emergency exits.
A manual patient record system is used in accordance with data security, laws, and regulations. Each client receives a personal treatment plan, and all visits are properly documented.
1.6 Monitoring and evaluation
Proximant ensures up-to-date data and follows new research in the field. Operational development is based on continuous monitoring and evaluation, including client feedback and internal assessments.
